WELCOME to Arnold Saltzman's website builder of Custom-built Warship Models. Being a Tin-can Sailor , I built a Destroyer at first for myself. I then built another Destroyer and a German U-boat and donated them to the USS SALEM CA139 ship's museum in Fore River shipyard in Quincy, MA.

They then contracted me to build 3 more Destroyers for a new exhibit  aboard  the  ship's museum.  I built most of the ship models in 1/8" to the foot scale. some of them in 1/16 inch to the foot scale and 3 Destroyers in 1/4 inch to the foot scale.  I also scratch built a 55" model of the Titanic.
